BiP Solutions announces new Operations Director

BiP Solutions, a leading provider of electronic business information services for the public and private sectors, has announced the appointment of Dr David MacDonald as its Operations Director.
David, 42, joins BiP from the software and IT services company SunGard, where he was Development Director. He brings 17 years of diverse experience in bridging business, process and IT solutions, allied with responsibility for product development and change management.
The position of Operations Director is a new role within BiP. It has been created to ensure that the many projects and initiatives planned by the company are delivered on schedule and to the high quality expected by its customers. The role also brings focus to identifying areas where efficiency can be gained across the business through process improvements.
