BiP Solutions announces new Finance Director

BiP Solutions, a leading provider of electronic business information services for the public and private sectors, has announced the appointment of Paul Ferguson as Finance Director.
Paul, 52, joins BiP after a successful career in a number of senior finance positions in the UK and overseas. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1983, and has been involved in business start-ups and heading finance functions within a number of companies within the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Prior to joining RBS, Paul was the Finance and Restructuring Director at Zambia Railways.
Paul replaces Colin Ferguson, who has left the company to pursue other interests.
