BiP provides e-tendering solution to Britain’s largest landlord

BiP Solutions’ e-tendering service Delta-ets has been selected by the Glasgow Housing Association (GHA), the largest social landlord in the UK, to deliver its e-tendering requirements.
Delta-ets is a seamless public sector tendering solution from contract notice conception, buyer and supplier exchanges to contract award. As an EU compliant solution, Delta-ets delivers reduced risk e-tendering for all types of public bodies in a fully secured, managed and audited environment.
BiP will provide GHA with access to Project for the creation and issuing of contract announcements, Select for managing supplier lists and handling PQQ information and unlimited use of Vault for issuing and receiving tender documentation and holding e-auctions. BiP will also provide a fully managed aXcess buyer profile to GHA for the duration of the two-year contract.
