Customer support is the first line of contact between the company and its existing customers. Our staff are experts in supporting users of our products and services, whether they are from the public or the private sector. Customer feedback helps us deliver better services.

Finance and HR

Finance and HR
Finance encompass all aspects of the financial management of the company, and ensure that the highest standards are maintained for both customers and suppliers. HR are responsible for recruitment, training and employee welfare, and ensuring that BiP's most valuable asset – its people – are well looked after.

IT

IT
BiP employs IT staff drawn from a wide variety of business activities, incorporating project managers, system architects, web designers, software developers, and support and infrastructure specialists. The IT development team are responsible for the design and development of the company's innovative contract information web portals and e-tendering software suite. BiP also provides both IT network infrastructure support and user support for clients. BiP is committed to using the latest technologies within a quality environment.

Media

Communications
Communications provide editorial content for our procurement titles Government Opportunities and MoD Defence Contracts Bulletin, along with news and reports for our Market Monitor services, plus PR and other content services.

Contracts Management
The contracts management team research and process the contracts information relied upon by thousands of customers each working day, and ensure that BiP's contract sources are the most comprehensive available. An in-house proofing team ensure that all content produced by BiP meets the required standards.

Design
BiP's in-house graphic design team are responsible for delivering eye-catching and effective communications – everything from magazines to promotional materials and yearbooks.

Distribution
Distribution ensure that our print contracts publications arrive with subscribers on time, every time, and also facilitate the distribution of marketing campaigns, in addition to providing support for events.

Sales and Marketing

Events
The events team are responsible for all aspects of the organisation, marketing and management of our seminars, conferences and exhibitions – whether they are for ten people or a thousand, the same attention to detail applies.

Marketing
Ensuring potential and existing customers hear about new services, or upgrades to and increased benefits from existing ones, is the work of our marketing team.

Sales
BiP believes its sales team are second to none at helping customers find the right products and services for them, and showing how to get the most from them. We only succeed if our customers succeed.
