BiP Solutions' premier Tracker service is an essential business intelligence tool for those looking to win public and private sector tenders, whether from the UK or internationally.   The role of Account Manager centres on the ability to build effective relationships with our customer base through displaying expert product knowledge and a genuine desire to add value.

As a result of the continued growth and success of the business, we have the opportunity to further expand our established sales team.  We are interested in hearing from candidates who have a proven sales track record within b2b sales.  More importantly, you will have a natural enthusiasm and a genuine desire to succeed.

We recognise though of the importance of developing our employees and have designed a thorough programme designed to equip our account managers with the necessary skills and support to allow them in excel in their job role.  This programme is supported through an intensive induction programme plus the on-going support and development of your team leader.  To further emphasise the commitment that the company places on developing our sales staff, we have recently recruited a dedicated Sales Development Consultant whose primary focus will be working the account managers on both a team and 1-2-1 basis ensuring all training and development needs are fulfilled.
