Sales Trainer
Having recently celebrated our 25th Anniversary, our business has gone through a considerable period of growth and transformation which has seen our employee numbers rise from 30 in 2001 to the current level of 235. To assist in the organisation’s next phase of development, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Trainer. The structure of the contract would be discussed and agreed upon during the recruitment process.
Working with our sales management team, the Sales Trainer will be responsible for the design and implementation a sales development strategy aligned to key business objectives. This will involve the design and delivery of a robust and tailored training program to deliver a cohesive sales culture of high performance which in turn demonstrates an effective ROI.
This will incorporate facilitating group workshops and exercises to enhance the cohesiveness of the sales teams. The Sales Trainer will also utilise their considerable industry experience to implement a culture of coaching across the department.
