Sales Team Leader
BiP Solutions Ltd are a rapidly expanding, trusted and highly influential organisation, expert in connecting business and government.
As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to recruit an additional Sales Team Leader to become part of our established Sales & Marketing department.
Having recently moved into our new state-of-the-art offices based at the heart of Glasgow's Media Centre at Pacific Quay this is a genuine opportunity to really make a mark for yourself by joining an organisation which has grown to employ 220 people with plans for future growth.
Reporting into the Sales Manager and working alongside three other Team Leaders, the key function of the role will be the development and performance management of a team of B2B Sales Account Managers.
The principal responsibilities of the role will include:
- Day-to-day running of a team of 10-12 B2B Account Managers
- Driving sales performance and to ensure all targets are met and exceeded
- Effective performance management within the department
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions and motivate the team on a day-to-day basis through effective leadership
- Floor walking and creating a positive atmosphere within the department
- Manage and produce department reports
As the successful applicant you will have gained strong experience of leading a successful sales team, ideally within a B2B environment. You will have the ability to motivate employees and be a first class communicator. Most important of all, you will display a consistently positive, can-do approach with a natural desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
