Sales Team Leader
As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to recruit an additional Sales Team Leader to become part of our established Sales & Marketing Department.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside four other Team Leaders and our Sales Development Consultant, the key function of the role will be the development of sales skills and target achievement of a team of B2B Sales Account Managers.
The principal responsibilities of the role will include:
- Day-to-day running of a team of 8-10 B2B Account Managers
- Driving sales performance to ensure all targets are met
- Assuming the role of frontline trainer through identifying and implementing development opportunities of sales skills
- Creating a motivational environment through effective leadership
- Effective performance management within the Department
- Managing and producing Department reports
As the successful applicant, you will have gained strong experience of leading and developing a successful sales team, ideally within a B2B environment. You will have the ability to motivate employees and be a first-class communicator. Most importantly, you will display a consistently positive, can-do approach and a natural desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
