Through growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our Public Sector Solutions Department (PSST).

The Sales Administrator will play a central role in the organisation and efficient running of our expanding PSST department.  The primary function of the role will be to organise and undertake all related administrative tasks with the co-ordination and fulfilment of Accreditation, PASS sales and consultancy through the development of standardised processes. 

The main accountabilities will be to manage the post-sales process through liaising with the Business Development Managers (BDMs) and our public sector clients.  This will include building close relationships with the public sector clients.  You will act as the central point of contact for the diary and location of the BDMs and arrange all travel, diary management and expense claims.  You will also be responsible for effectively recording all relevant information on our in-house CRM system.

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience of operating within a sales environment and be able to display first class administrative skills. Familiarity of CRM systems is highly desirable and working knowledge of MS Office packages, Excel in particular, essential.  You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve results.
