As the Public Sector Account Executive, you will responsible for promoting e-tendering and consultancy products to new and existing clients within local and central government. This represents an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to become part of a successful and growing company who in turn can bring with them a drive and energy to succeed!
You will be responsible for dealing with a range of inbound and outbound calls expanding our existing customer base whilst also exploring new business opportunities. You will have responsibility for developing and promoting BiP’s products and services to new and existing clients within the local and central government procurement sector. This will also include promoting best practice related consultancy services to buyers and suppliers and providing dedicated training sessions to clients based on public procurement and related matters. Working in an office based environment, you will also be responsible for setting appointments for our field based Business Development Managers.
Working to a range of revenue and activity based KPIs the successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. They will understand what is required to meet the demands of the customer through gaining an understanding of their needs and building long-standing relationships. Knowledge of the public sector market place would be highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. More importantly, we will demand that the successful candidates approach the role with a professional attitude and display the enthusiasm to consistently deliver and exceed sales targets.
