Project Leader – Organisational Development

Our core values, Passion, Integrity and Respect, determine and define how we act and interact with our internal and external customer base.  To this end, we are looking to recruit a Project Leader to successfully implement an effective, wide-reaching Organisational Development program to support the achievement of the company’s vision.

Assuming the role of an internal consultant, the Project Leader will work in close alignment with the HR Manager to design and implement a strategy based on delivering a culture of high performance across the business. 

The core function of the role will be to develop and implement initiatives to align key business objectives through the design and delivery of a robust program of employee engagement needed to meet organisational goals.  Key to this will be to realise the company’s commitment to embedding a culture of customer centricity and ensuring the successful integration with the values program.

The Project Leader will lead from the front and provide coaching to leaders and executives whilst embedding an emotionally intelligent behavioural culture.  This will be achieved through facilitating team building workshops, exercises and a range of programs designed to enhance the cohesiveness of teams.  They will also champion the change agent network providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business.

What will a Project Leader look like in the context of our business?  First and foremost, they will be a first-class communicator who has the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the entire business, from CEO down.  It goes without saying that they will be able to demonstrate considerable experience, and success, of delivering similar organisational development programs.

From a technical perspective, we are looking for candidates to be CIPD qualified and be highly skilled in the use of a range of psychological instruments. They will also have a knowledge and understanding of current leadership models of organisational change management.

Most important is the ability to understand our business; realise how we have grown as a business to date and where we are striving to get to, and embrace the challenges the opportunities that come with it.
