Based at Pacific Quay in Glasgow, BiP Solutions is an innovative and successful SME organisation looking to expand its established Sales Department.
Exciting opportunities exist for experienced candidates with a proven track record of delivering within a B2B sales environment.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Fully engage and embrace the Sales Department’s commitment to ‘passion for excellence’
- Act as an ambassador for BiP Solutions through ensuring effective engagement with our customer base at all times
- Adhere to the agreed sales process and demonstrate an effective understanding of what constitutes a ‘sale’
- Conduct effective pre-call research to establish basic customer details
- Deploy effective questioning techniques to profile and establish needs of the customer
- Through information obtained, ensure effective product matching to best meet the requirements of the customer and ‘help their business grow’
- Deploy effective account management skills to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service during any agreed trial period – showcase the product!
- Adopt a pro-active approach to developing and maintaining a level of product and wider industry knowledge which can be passed on to the customer base to ‘help their business grow’
- Ensure effective CRM (Salesforce) maintenance through following outlined processes
- Work towards the successful delivery of a monthly revenue target
