Brand Manager

BiP Solutions Ltd is a rapidly expanding, innovative and highly influential media business, expert in connecting business and government. 

We are looking to further supplement our established Marketing function by recruiting an additional Brand Manager.

As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing and communications mix combined with responsibility for the development of a partnership programme.

This will include:

• Developing a comprehensive strategy for the design and delivery of a range of tailored marketing campaigns (in respect of the specific brand)
• Evaluating the success of the marketing campaigns and demonstrating associated ROI – in turn providing feedback to the stakeholders
• Adopting a pro-active approach to developing and managing an effective working relationship with our Sales teams in respect of delivering against budget
• Developing and creating effective and engaging marketing collateral and evaluating its success
• Effective website development – will involve engaging with and providing direction to our Design team
• Conducting competitor and market analysis and presenting back to the business
• Demonstrating effective use of social media – SEO / PPC / Blogs – as well as ROI on all activity
• Assuming ownership of the marketing brand budget with accountability to demonstrate ROI against all spend
• Sharing best practice across the Marketing team

As the successful candidate you will have demonstrable experience in all elements of b2b marketing – an effective problem solver, verbally articulate, enthusiastic, able to think creatively, motivated and by effective brand planning able to transform your marketing ideas into reality.

You will hold an appropriate marketing qualification with experience of working within a b2b marketing environment.
