Credit and Accounts Team Leader
BiP Solutions is a rapidly expanding provider of services and solutions that help optimise supply chain value. We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Team Manager to join our established Finance Department.

Reporting to the Finance & HR Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a team covering sales ledger and collections activities in a business to business environment. You will be experienced in a wide range of financial and administrative functions and, importantly, will be an excellent communicator who can build effective working relationships across all levels.
You will be responsible for the mentoring and development of a Collections Team Leader and will oversee team of 12. This will involve working in collaboration with the Collections Team Leader, setting KPIs and targets as well as inspiring the team and monitoring the workflow process. You will maintain relationships with key department heads across the business and provide MI to company stakeholders.
As the successful candidate, you will have gained strong industry experience with knowledge of both ledgers and bank reconciliations combined with a background in debt recovery or collections. You will also have a genuine passion for working with a team to achieve excellent results.
You will form part of the Senior Management team and have responsibility for the effective management and control of the department budget while also playing a key role in the operational strategy of the business. You will be responsible for planning and implementing innovative strategies and evaluating them to achieve optimum results.
