Receptionist
This receptionist will be responsible for working on the busy front reception desk, ensuring that all incoming calls and visitors to BiP Solutions receive a first-class level of service. Daily responsibilities will include managing the switchboard; meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner; ensuring the reception area is kept tidy at all times; manage central meeting room diaries and conducting general administration duties. The receptionist will also play a central role in security matters within the business in terms of ensuring of employees and visitors display the appropriate ID badges.
The successful applicant will have gained experience of working within a similar environment and have strong administrative skills. Due to the nature of the position it is essential that the successful applicant be of smart appearance and who displays a professional and positive attitude at all times. A genuine passion for delivering a consistently high level of service is central to the success of this role. They will also be self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative whilst at the same time contributing to the success of the Customer Support team.
