B2B Account Manager
BiP Solutions Ltd are a successful and growing Information Services company which specialises in the public sector procurement market providing contract information services, e-tendering solutions, event management and internet solutions across both public and private sectors.
We are currently looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to work on a high profile public sector partnership initiative.
This post will be a key element of an integrated team working on a high profile Public Sector multi agency Partnership project. Engaging with Public and Private sector procurement teams to ensure that contract opportunities are dispersed in an open and transparent manner throughout the full supply chain. The focus is to give maximum opportunities to all facets of the business community across the UK and beyond.
Reporting directly into the Project Manager, this will be a varied role that will see you responsible for new client accounts contributing to the aim of exceeding a range of challenging team based targets. The role will encompass the core elements of business development and account management. You and your team will be responsible for forging strong relationships with our client base through displaying a thorough understanding of our products and services.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience of business development, account management; have developed a strong background within a field based sales environment and bring with them a proven track record of success. Knowledge of the public sector procurement market is be highly desirable.
Whilst our Head Office is based in Glasgow, the majority of our client base for this project will be in the London area and such, the successful candidate will have their base within London City. Where appropriate we would expect candidates to attend meetings at our Glasgow office and this would also incorporate initially an induction training session on our products and services in Glasgow.
