Business Development Manager

BiP Solutions Ltd are a successful and growing Information Services company which specialises in the public sector procurement market providing contract information services, e- tendering solutions, event management and internet solutions across both public and private sectors.

Winners of the 2007 AXA Small to Medium-Sized Business of the Year Award, we are currently looking to recruit a team of Business Development Managers to become part of our established Sales & Marketing department.

This will be a varied and challenging role that will encompass the core elements of business development and account management.  Supported by our office based Sales Executives, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with our client base through displaying a thorough understanding of our products and services. 

The successful candidate will have developed a strong background within a field based sales environment and bring with them a proven track record of success.  Whilst you will have the full support of the office based team, the successful candidates will be self-motivated and have the ability to successfully manage their own diary.  Knowledge of the public sector would be highly desirable but is not essential for the role as full training will be provided.

In return, BiP will reward you with a highly competitive salary package.  This will also include healthcare; the company pension scheme and an introductory 30 days holiday (increasing with length of service).  Due to the nature of the role, there will be a car allowance included as part of the package.
