As an Account Manager you will be responsible for dealing with a range of inbound and outbound calls to both new and existing customers of BiP Solutions. Our business model is not just about making the sale; rather it is to ensuring the customer receives maximum benefit from our products and services.
To this end we will be looking for successful candidates to have a proven track record in successful account management. They will understand what is required to meet the demands of the customer through gaining an understanding of their needs and building long-standing relationships. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience within a B2B sales environment and who have the ability to combine their sales drive whilst retaining a strong customer focus. More importantly, we will demand that the successful candidates approach the role with a professional attitude and display the enthusiasm to consistently deliver.
